Q: I work for a school and we use purchase orders, do you accept purchase orders?
A: Yes, we will accept purchase orders under the following conditions:
1: You must work for a school, university, clinic, institution, professional practice, city/county/state government agency or non-profit organization and be authorized to make purchases on their behalf. Purchase orders are not accepted from individuals.
2: We prefer that you be a registered customer of our store.
3: You must be in the United States. Purchase Orders will not be accepted from organizations outside the United States.
Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: Most of our items are custom and may take from 1 to 2 weeks to produce. Our goal is to ship an order within 5 to 10 business days. You should expect to receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks. (During busier times of the year it could take longer).
Q: Is there any advantage to registering as a customer?
A: Yes! From time to time we offer discounts on products to our registered customers. We also send out periodic email newsletters to our registered customers(by registering as a customer of our store you grant us permission to send email however you do have the option to unsubscribe from the email list). Additionally, registered customers do not have to enter their billing/shipping information when placing future orders, simply sign in using the email address and password you used during registration.
Q: Do the keyguards attach to the iPad?
A: No. The keyguards do not attach to either the case or the iPad. There are different methods available depending on which keyguard you are ordering and also which case, if any, the iPad is in. Please click here for more information
Q: If the keyguard just isn't working for us can we return it?
A: All keyguards are custom cut and made to fit your specific case, etc. Therefore if you need to return a keyguard you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Your purchase price will be refunded less the 20% fee and the shipping charge.
